So, on Monday, I'll have been on this diet for three months exactly; and this morning I weighed in at 368lbs.
Presuming I make it to 365 by Monday, that will be 60lbs lost in three months.
That's pretty damned impressive if I do say so myself; especially since my excercise program has been inconsistent. I swear there's a conspiracy against me; I get a good routine going for a few weeks, then I manage to buger my knees up but good, and the second my knees feel better, I get hit with the creeping crud (holding on through its 8th day at the moment).
Mel has gone down to 210 (from 225); and seems to have stalled out a bit; but she's still slowly losing.
