Jesus H. Christ on a Pogo Stick, it's June 2nd and we've already hit 110. It's only 1 o clock here too, so we've still got a few degrees to climb.
The official temp is 105 right now at the airport, but locations all over the valley are reporting 110+ including the outdoor thermometer when I went out for lunch.
The forecast high for today is 109. If the offical temp is 105 now, and we usually see another 5 degrees between now and 4pm, I'd guess we're gonna hit 110 official today, and maybe 115 actual observed.
Did I mention it's only June 2nd. If it gets over 110 before the middle of June, that usually means a BAAAAAD summer here.
Oh well, such is life.
