Honestly, I have no idea why this show wasn't a HUGE hit. Thanks to LabRat and Stingray for putting me onto it.
I've been a Bourdain fan since 2000 when I first read "Kitchen Confidential"; and I remember seeing promos for this show, but I was never able to find it (a commenter notes that FOx... well, they did what Fox does with ALL good shows; they scheduled it to death). Plus, I was about 100% sure they were going to screw it up.
They didn't. It's absolutely brilliant. Netflix is your friend.
