Actually, not really, Tabasco is pretty weak. Not that it's like a fresh spring breeze or anything... but believe me, you don't want to be handling Habaneros, and then hit the head without a thorough scrub in between... first hand on that one, not pretty.
Oh and as any athlete will tell you, icy hot, ben gay, liquid heat etc... just as bad.
